Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

CommercialHounds provides an automated commercial contract acquisition system for cleaning companies. Services include lead qualification automation, walkthrough scheduling, follow-up sequences, and pipeline reporting as specified in the selected plan (Launch, Growth, or Market Owner).

Services are limited to commercial cleaning acquisition and do not include residential cleaning, general marketing, or services outside the agreed scope.

2. Payment Terms

All plans require a one-time setup fee due before onboarding begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card via Stripe.

3. Minimum Commitment

All plans have a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial 6-month period, agreements renew month-to-month. To cancel, provide 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial months or setup fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• — Provide accurate business and contact information during onboarding
• — Attend or reschedule booked walkthroughs in a timely manner
• — Maintain active insurance and licensing required to operate commercially
• — Respond to qualified leads within 24 hours of notification

5. Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, workflows, scripts, and technology built by CommercialHounds remain the intellectual property of CommercialHounds. Clients receive access to the output of the system (qualified leads, booked walkthroughs) but do not own the underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

CommercialHounds does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, a minimum number of contracts, or a specific close rate. Results depend on client responsiveness, local market conditions, and service quality. Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
